Job Description SummaryIn charge for daily accounting operations, driving operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Perform daily accounting for sub ledgers of AR/AP/Cash/Expense, ensure accurate booking Help commercial team and project managers on cash inquiry, customer/vendor account reconciliation and other commercial finance related inquiryConduct period closing for sub ledgers of AR/AP/Cash/Expense and reporting processes efficiently with high qualityPerform reasoned review of the monthly & quarterly fluctuation of BS, PL accounts, proactive communication of potential issues to the ControllershipAssist commercial finance leader on project related accounting preparation and external billingCashflow management and forecastAssist accounting manager / Controller for other reporting preparation & submission in a timely and accurately manner, complete account reconciliation & other ad hoc requestsAssist business controller for all financial audits; include both internal & externalIdentify, drive and take new initiatives (i.e. Process automation project / Problem resolving) to further enhance accounting operation backing to Controllership, especially enhance efficiencyQualifications / RequirementsThe successful person would:University graduate with major in finance or accountingChinese speaking/written is mandatory.
